Senior Day at the Capitol Oklahoma Hear Our Voices

Senior Day offers attendees the opportunity to share ideas, needs, and concerns with their state lawmakers and to learn about current legislation affecting older Oklahomans. It is also an opportunity to connect with 30 nonprofit organizations and government agencies that provide programs and services for older adults and family caregivers.

When:  Monday, March 30, 2026 
8:30 AM – Exhibitors open on the 2nd Floor Rotunda
10:00 AM – Gather in the House Chamber 4th Floor west side to hear from lawmakers. Attendees may sit in House Chamber seats or the observation Gallery, as space allows.
12:00 PM – Continue visiting legislators’ offices and exhibitors
